Gregory Gallousis, MD, FACS, is a cataract & glaucoma surgeon who earned his undergraduate degree from University of Rochester, setting the foundation for a career spent helping people see their best. Dr. Gallousis went on to earn his medical degree from State University of New York Downstate Health Sciences University, where he gained a thorough grounding in the science and treatment of eye diseases. Dr. Gallousis then trained as a resident at State University of New York Downstate Health Sciences University, where the focus was on building real-world experience with patients day after day. Dr. Gallousis finished his formal training with a fellowship in Glaucoma, which allowed him to zero in on the kind of care he provides today.
