Payal Ramakrishnan, OD, FAAO, is an optometrist who chose to pursue a career in eye care after completing undergraduate studies at Rutgers University. Dr. Ramakrishnan continued her education at Midwestern University’s Arizona College of Optometry, earning a Doctor of Optometry and gaining firsthand experience with a wide variety of eye conditions. Dr. Ramakrishnan then completed an internship at Midwestern University, gaining hands-on experience with real patients in a clinical setting. Years of careful, step-by-step training have set Dr. Ramakrishnan up to offer the kind of thorough, personalized care that patients deserve.

Specializing in Contact Lenses & Fittings and Pre- and Post-Operative Care is what sets Dr. Ramakrishnan apart, and patients notice that depth of knowledge right from the start. Children's eyes grow and change rapidly, and Dr. Ramakrishnan knows that catching problems during those early years is one of the best things that can be done for their long-term vision.
