Sarah Burens, OD, is an optometrist who earned her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University, setting the foundation for a career spent helping people see their best. Dr. Burens then went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry from Ohio State University College of Optometry, graduating magna cum laude, where hands-on patient care became a central part of her training. Dr. Burens then completed an internship at Davis Eye Center, White River Junction VA Center, gaining hands-on experience with real patients in a clinical setting. Dr. Burens has contributed to clinical research in eye care, showing a commitment that goes beyond just seeing patients.

Dr. Burens has dedicated a significant part of her career to Glaucoma and Dry Eye, and that shows in the quality of care patients receive. Treating glaucoma starts with catching it early, and Dr. Burens has the training and tools to do exactly that, giving patients the best chance at protecting their long-term vision.
