We believe that no one is ever too young or too old to unlock their full potential. Founded over 25 years ago by Dr. Rick Graebe, our clinic has transformed the lives of thousands through our innovative Neuro-Visual Performance Training. We understand the intricate connection between the eyes, brain, body, and mind, and have developed specialized programs to enhance how they work together. With nearly four decades of experience, we have helped patients from all walks of life—children, athletes, adults—overcome challenges related to brain injury, learning issues, sports performance, strabismus, amblyopia, and more. Because vision is so much more than just 20/20 eyesight, our focus is on improving the visual skills that shape your daily life.
At the Neuro-Visual Performance Institute, we offer a range of specialized services designed to address unique vision challenges and enhance overall visual function. For children with learning-related vision problems, we provide developmental eye exams to determine if their struggles are related to underlying vision issues, dyslexia, adhd, or other causes. If an underlying vision issue is found, we provide tailored vision therapy to improve how the eyes and brain work together, helping boost reading, comprehension, and retention skills. Our neuro-optometric rehabilitation services assist traumatic brain injury (TBI) patients in overcoming issues like double vision, glare, light sensitivity, headaches, difficulty focusing, and getting overwhelmed by too much visual stimuli, facilitating lifechanging recovery. We also provide neuro optometric vision rehabilitation for a range of injuries and conditions including vision issues following a stroke including peripheral vision loss, dizziness and balance issues, adult amblyopia and strabismus, Lyme disease, post covid vision issues, and vision issues stemming from exposure to COVID, radiation, and mold. Athletes can benefit from our sports vision training, which sharpens reaction time, hand-eye coordination, and focus for peak performance. Additionally, we support neurodivergent children and adults with unique vision issues with tailored vision therapy, addressing their specific needs to improve focus, coordination, and visual processing. Whether for academic, recovery, athletic, or developmental needs, we’re here to help you or your loved ones achieve their fullest visual potential.
